Questions about installing
--
dev1
report server - iis6
Do I need to install MDAC 2.6 on the web server?
Can connect to dev2 not an issue
http://dev1
How do I configure the Web Edition 2003 into an application server?
report manager - iis6
http://dev1
dev2
report server database - sql 2k standard sp3a
dev3
report designer - visual studio .net 2003
Do I need to install MDAC 2.6 on the workstation?
admin tools and utilities
reporting services books online
sample reports and applications
--
Configurations:
Also, I've read the article on moving reporting services' virtual
directories. Will the following work?
dev1 - iis6
site 1 - .net site
site 2 - .net site
site 3 - reporting services new site, not the default iis site
Will it work if I set up one site for reporting and direct site1 and site2
to separate directories within site3? This way each site can use the
reporting services as opposed to it being available for only one site.Check out..
