Reporting services on Win2k3 64 bit

Hi, I have setup RS with sql 2000 32 bit, on a win 2k3 R2 64 bit
Whenever I try to connect to http://myserver/Reports, I get the error

I have .Net Framework 2 only configured on the machine and in the IIS snap,
the I have version 2 confighured for the Reports site
SQL runs under an admin account as well as the RS. Anonymous is allowed

Based on my research, this issue may occured by having other web site in
the IIS bound to the IP address of the machine.
Please reconfigure the IIS so the IP address is not bound to any particular
web site and make sure the Reporting Services web sites are configured
under the default web site and the IP setting for the Report Services
virtual directories are set to "All Unassigned".
