Reporting Services printer problem

I have a windows NT service, which prints to a laser printer programmatically using MSRS 2K. It works fine with a HP printer however when I try printing to a Lexmark Printer it does not always print. Somebody help. Microsoft please release a latest patch for MSRS 2K, its been so long since we had one. Are you trying to print via the web or via a subscription?
