Reporting services isn't working

Hi
Hopefully someone can help me. I've installed RS on a Win 2003 Server with
SQL Server 2000. Install was fine although it did tell me that as sharepoint
was installed i would have to manually initiate the service.
When i run rsactivate it tells me that the service is already running, but
when i try to hit http://localhost/reports I get a 404 error. Databases all
seem to be OK, I've stopped and restarted IIS.
Any clues clever people?
