Reporting Services Configuration Tool

we just got the new server windows 2003 server, sql server 2005

- i use remote desktop connect to the server.

- i made the report services for testing,

the problem is I can't not published report.

i check the report services configuration tool.

(the page is gray. also warning come "no report server were found on
the specified machine" detail invalid namespace)

what shoul i do?

Install Reporting Services. RS is not installed by default.|||

Is it anyway i can check on that.?

- I created report by using the Business Intelligence development studio.

and following the manul how to create report .

then I try to published report "start without debug.(ctrl+F5)"

and i got this error

"Unable to connect to the remote server (microsoft.reporting services designer)

- i can crated report , but can not published report.
