Reporting Services Deployment & Licensing

1) Can Reporting Services 2005 only be purchased with SQL Server 2005?
2) If I purchase a SQL Server 2005 STD License, and run that as my RDBMS,
but don't want to run IIS on my DB server, do I need to purchase a second
full license of SQL Server 2005 STD just to run the reporting services
portion on a 2nd server?
3) If so, and if they are both being used for a web app with anonymous
users, would they both need to be processor licenses?
Where can I find documentation on these questions? I have searched, but not
found clear answers on the Microsoft site.1) Yes.
2) You need a second license.
3) No matter how slice and dice it, if you install any of the add-on
services on a different machine, you need a license.

following. Wherever you install RS it is the same as if you installed SQL
Server DB. That is the licensing you need. Same as far as anonymous. If SQL
Server DB required a processor license so would RS. As far as licensing is
concerned they are exactly the same.
