My log file has an error similar to the following
ReportingServicesService!session!f2c!10/14/2005-03:00:08:: i INFO:
LoadSnapshot: Item with session: iigoz455gctymte3ajhp2q55, reportPath:
/Reports/Order and Shipment Reports/Daily Sales By Qty, userName:
DomainName\administrator not found in the database
However the email was sent successfully accoring to the log file
We have users that say some reports they get and some they dont
The way we are sending the reports is DomainName\administrator is actually
doing the subscriptions and putting multiple email addressess in the To:
field
What does the error DomainName\administrator not found in the database
mean?To add to previous post. The report server web app, report server db and
exchange server are all on different servers
