Reporting Services Security issue.

Hi,
I have a question on Reporting Services Security.Any help
is greatly appreciated.
we installed reporting services 2000 on Windows 2003 O/S.
also applied SP1.
Reprots are also deployed on this server.
When we access report server or report manager. The
following error is being recieved.

The permissions granted to user 'LocalHost\IUSR_LocalHost'
are insufficient for performing this operation.

The IUSR_localhost is a regular internet guest user.
when the IUSR_localhost is granted with administrator
permissions then not getting any errors, working fine, we
are able to view reports.
But we are not allowed to have this user to be an
administrator.
I need help in setting this user with right level of
permission in order view,generate or run reports.
If any one have come across this kind of issue and have
solution Please reply back as soon as possible,your help
will be greatly appreciated.

AmeenGo to the folder that you want this user to have access to and on the
properties tab there is a sub tab called security. Clicking on that tab
will then allow you to set the security for this user.
Please note, because all users will be coming in as this user you will not
be able to tell users apart or grant really specific security rights per
user. A better solution would be to use Custom Authentication and
authenticate the users yourself. Then you could assign specific users
certain rights making your system much more secure.
