Reporting Services Software

I am trying to download the SQL Reporting Services Software, but in vain.. also have checked the downloads at microsoft site. I could find only the SQL Reporting Services SP1 and some trial sotware. SQL Reporting Services SP1 can be used only if you have the SQL Reporting Services already. I've heard the software is free if the SQL Server 2000 license is available. Any help in downloading SQL Reporting Services would be great.
